Gratitude is the feeling of noticing and feeling thankful for the things that happen and what we have in our lives. It happens when we stop taking things for granted and begin appreciating, even the little things, in a more mindful way. Many people think when they start practicing Gratitude, they need to find big things to be grateful for every day, but that isn’t true. It can be small things such as being in good health, having a place to sleep or even just waking up in a good mood. When we take the time to notice the small things it begins to create a more positive, optimistic mindset that filters out into all areas of live.
