I offer counselling and yoga sessions in a variety of ways as detailed below.  However, if you have specific requirements that would enable you to access sessions with me, please get in contact using the form below to discuss your needs.  

Counselling sessions


Currently all my counselling sessions are held via video or telephone.  However, I can offer in-person sessions at home or at your home at selected times.


  • Free 15 minute consultation.
  • 50 minute sessions.
  • Single Session therapy available.
  • Hypnotherapy available.
  • Block booking offer of 6 sessions for £300.
  • Reduced rates can be offered.  Please get in contact to discuss.

Student Counselling


Reduced sessions offered specifically for those in full time education between the ages of 13 and 25.

  • Free 15 minute session.
  • One off sessions available.
  • Exam stress and anxiety mindfulness courses.
  • Flexible times to work around your studies.
  • 30 minute sessions also offered costing £20.

Mindfulness Coaching


Mindfulness coaching is a wellness offering that can help you explore, develop, and/or sustain a mindfulness practice.  Tools I use include:

  • Breath-work.
  • Meditation.
  • Introspection.
  • Mindful movement.
  • Compassionate Communication

1-2-1 Yoga


1-2-1 yoga classes can be a great introduction to yoga.  I currently offer classes at my home, your home or online. 


  • 60 minute classes.
  • Trauma informed.
  • Body Positive.
  • Accessible for everyone.
  • Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Yoga for Mental Health


These sessions, designed specifically for mental health issues, are a combination of physical yoga movement, yoga philosophy and traditional counselling.


  • 60 minute sessions suitable for:
  • Anxiety.
  • Depression.
  • PTSD.
  • Stess.
  • Burnout.
  • Eating Disorder Recovery.

Group Yoga Classes


I offer corporate yoga classes via zoom and run these across several time zones. Classes are suitable for all levels and are led from a trauma informed and body positive approach.


  • Class sizes up to 15 people.
  • Available for youth and school groups.
  • Chair yoga an option.
  • Also available for hen parties - location to be agreed on booking.
